Stretch & Strength Pilates

  • Our Stretch & Strength Pilates class is great for beginners, those working through a previous injury or those looking to enhance their fitness program. Target and tone muscles throughout the entire body with a focus on core strength, stability, and functional movement. You will experience dynamic stretching sequences that enhance flexibility and improve joint mobility. Our experienced instructors will provide individualized guidance ensuring that each participant can adapt the exercise to their unique fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or have prior Pilates experience, you'll find this class challenging yet accessible.

  • Reformer Pilates classes often come in different levels, ranging from beginner to advanced. Choose a class that aligns with your current fitness level and experience to avoid frustration or injury.

    Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid excessively loose clothing that may get caught in the Reformer or hinder your movements. We do require that you were grip socks and have them available to purchase.

    Arrive a bit early to familiarize yourself with the studio, equipment, and meet the instructor. This allows time for any necessary paperwork and a brief orientation.

Athletic Pilates

  • Our Athletic Pilates classes builds upon the foundational principles of Pilates, incorporating advanced movements and intensified resistance on the Reformer to enhance strength, agility, and overall athletic performance. This class targets deep abdominal muscles, obliques, and back muscles to experience powerful core engagement.
