WHAT TO EXPECT

Join a HIIT, Circuit, or Strength class, or Pilates class in our Visalia location only, and get a great total body workout. Our weekly formats in all our class styles are designed to focus on specific muscle groups throughout the week to help build muscular endurance and strength at each workout. Come ready for the best workout of your life every single day!

  • Always come to class 10 minutes early. After you check in at the front desk, a staff member will help you choose a starting station for our HIIT, Circuit and Strength classes or your spot in Reformer Pilates. We will run through any details you will need to know for the class at that time. If you have extra time you can roll out or stretch until class begins. A prepared start is a great way to set up for a killer workout!

  • Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. No matter what class style you are taking, be prepared to sweat and move. You can check out our QuadSquad favorites at either locations in-studio. You’ll always get a better workout in our Quadrant attire ;)

  • We like to make your workout all about you! Our studios are high energy, full of fun with loud music, and in a dark room with green lights. Every day is you versus you! We want you to be able to focus on your workout and feel secure, supported, and free to be yourself!

  • Our goal is that you will not only leave feeling like you accomplished a great workout, but also feeling empowered and ready to tackle your day! We also have a special gift for all our first time visitors. Be sure to stick around for a few minutes after to class to pick up your gift and get to know our coaches a bit more. Again, Quadrant is about more than just a good sweat sesh, we are about you!

HOW IT WORKS

Squad HIIT

  • Our SquadHIIT class is broken into four stations. Station one is our weight lifting station. This station is located by our benches. Our second station is our cardio station. You will move to the rower or bike directly behind your weight station. Our third station is our boxing station. Again, you will be on the bag number that matches your rower or bike. Our fourth and final station is our functional station. This station incorporates many different fitness concepts such as TRX straps, BOSU balls, or resistance bands. 

  • Our two resistance stations are self-paced. The moves will be demonstrated to you prior to class starting. When the clock starts you will move through though moves continuously at your own pace until the clock stops. Our coaches will be available to help with form throughout the classes as well.

    Our cardio station and boxing station are time-based. Your coach will call out the workout, or boxing combo during class. All boxing hits and proper rowing or cycling form will be demonstrated prior to class! If there is ever a question our coaches are available to answer and demonstrate modifications as needed.

Squad Circuit

  • Our SquadCircuit classes are always fresh and fun! The Circuit consist of 8 different stations designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and overall fitness level. Every station will push you physically and leave you feeling energized and accomplished. You will also enjoy the positive and motivating atmosphere of our classes. The supportive community will help you stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals.

  • There are 8 stations in the workout. The moves will be demonstrated to you prior to class starting. When the clock starts you will move through though moves continuously at your own pace until the clock stops. Our coaches will be available to help with form throughout the classes as well.

Squad Strength

  • Our SquadStrength class takes on a form of its own. Although it mirrors the same targeted muscle groups as our HIIT and Cycle classes, it is a self-paced class designed to challenge you and build your muscular strength.

  • Our SquadStrength class is in the function area of our studio where you will find the squat racks and foam rollers. Our coach will take you through a warm-up and stretch prior to the class as well as demonstrate the lifts and explain the workout to you. You will then work in a small group and go through the lifts at your own pace allowing you to challenge yourself each time with heavier lifts and better form. These classes are designed for all levels of fitness, beginner to advanced.
