Quadrant Fitness Monthly EFT Autopay Memberships for 6 Classes month, 8 Classes a Month, Unlimited Classes a month and Unlimited Classes 12 Month Agreement:

Your membership will renew on a monthly auto basis between $99-$169 a month depending on which membership you chose until you provide QUADRANT FITNESS with a 30 days notice in the studio or email to terminate your membership unless you're signing up for the 12 month unlimited agreement.*

• EFT Autopay every month. (Month to Month Agreement)

• First payment is due upon completion of this Agreement.

• Payment will be taken out every month from date of purchases.

*(for example, if the member signs up on the 15th, the auto payment will be taken out the 15th of every month unless a difference date is requested.)*

Your next payment will be due and auto drafted on the same day the following month. After the first 30 days, your agreement will auto renew every 30 days unless you cancel this agreement in accordance with our 30 day cancellation policy stated in this Agreement.

Quick Notes:

There is a 6 hour class cancellation window. If you do not cancel within 6 hours of your class time or do not show up for your scheduled class you will be billed $9 to your account on file.

Any changes to your account requires a 30 day notice. Any and all holds for approval must be submitted to: memberships@quadrant.fitness
